Shipping and Delivery
Once an order is placed, our Shipping Team will carefully collect your products and package them with love, so please allow up to 2 business days for our team to pick and pack your order. Most products are shipped out the same day as ordering if ordered before 2pm on a business day, or the following morning.
Your order will then be sent via Australia Post from our warehouse in NSW. Once dispatched, it will usually arrive within these timeframes:
- NSW: 2–4 business days
- ACT: 2–4 business days
- VIC: 3–5 business days
- QLD: 3–5 business days
- SA: 4–6 business days
- TAS: 5–6 business days
- WA: 6–8 business days
- NT: 7–10 business days
- NZ: 7–12 business days
Your Pillow Pod Support Pillow is vacuum sealed for easy and secure transportation straight to your doorstep. Once opened, it will begin to expand, so we recommend allowing some time for it to fully fluff up.
The vacuum bag can also be kept and reused for storage, travel or moving house.
Carefully remove your Pillow Pod from its vacuum packaging and allow it to expand. Fluff and shake the pillow to help distribute the filling evenly, then fit your chosen case.
The case arrives off the pillow to make this easier.
Pillow Pod Questions
Yes. Every Pillow Pod Support Pillow includes a removable, machine-washable case in the colour selected when ordering. Additional Pillow Pod cases are also available separately.
Standard filling provides a soft, plush and cuddly feel. Adjustable Memory Foam offers a firmer, more supportive feel and can be customised by removing or adding filling. Choose the option that best matches your preferred level of firmness and support.
Our standard Pillow Pod Support Pillows have a generous one-size-fits-most design measuring approximately 135 × 70cm.
If you prefer more length, our Extra Long Pillow Pod Support Pillows measure approximately 165 × 70cm.
Yes! Pillow Pods have an inner zip so you can access the filling and adjust it to your ideal height and firmness. Remove filling for a softer, lower profile or add more for extra lift and support. We also offer additional filling packs if you need a top-up.
All Pillow Pods come with a machine-washable case in the colour of your choice.
The inner Pillow Pod core is not machine-washable due to its size, but it can be spot-cleaned or gently hand-washed with mild detergent. Lay it flat to air-dry in the sun and avoid hanging it, as the weight may damage the pillow.
Once completely dry, fluff the pillow to redistribute the filling before using it again.
Our Pillow Pods are designed by us here in Australia and made by our trusted manufacturing partner in China using the standards and specifications we have developed.
Every Pillow Pod is then shipped to our Sydney warehouse, where our local team handles packing, customer service and fulfilment.

Your privacy and security are our highest priority. Payments are processed using Shopify Payments, a secure and encrypted system designed to protect customers and merchants.
We accept major credit and debit cards, including Visa, Mastercard and American Express. Available accelerated and instalment-payment options are displayed at checkout.
We are also NDIS friendly. Please reach out to us if you need help arranging an invoice.
All pricing for our Australian store is listed in Australian dollars (AUD).
Only one discount can be applied at a time. For example, a bundle discount and an additional percentage discount code cannot normally be used together.

Pillow Pod is Australian owned and operated. Our headquarters is located in Adelaide, South Australia, and orders are packed and shipped from our warehouse in NSW.
Please contact us immediately with the subject line “CHANGE” or “CANCEL” and we will do our best to action your request. If the order has already been dispatched, it will need to go through the returns process.
Because orders are processed quickly, we cannot guarantee changes after an order has been placed.
