Once your order is placed, our Shipping Team carefully picks and packs your Pillow Pod with love. Please allow up to 2 business days for this process, though most orders are shipped the same day or the following morning!
📦 Fast & Reliable Shipping:
Your Pillow Pod will be sent via Australia Post from our NSW warehouse. Estimated delivery times:
NSW & ACT: 2-4 business days
VIC & QLD: 3-5 business days
SA: 4-6 business days
TAS: 5-6 business days
WA: 6-8 business days
NT: 7-10 business days
New Zealand: 8-12 business days
📩 Tracking Your Order:
The moment your order is dispatched, you’ll receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number so you can follow your Pillow Pod’s journey to your doorstep.
📦 Multiple Packages:
Due to their big, cuddly size, Pillow Pods may be shipped in multiple packages if you ordered more than one. If this applies to your order, your tracking number will indicate “Item 1 of 2,” etc.
🚚 Contactless Delivery:
Australia Post drivers may leave your package in a safe place or take it to your nearest post office if no one is home. This is at their discretion based on delivery conditions.
